These terms govern garage door repair and installation services provided by Royal Garage Door Repair ("we", "us"). By scheduling a service visit you agree to these terms. A technician will assess your door and provide a quote before any work begins.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing for repairs and installations is confirmed after we assess the situation. No work begins until you approve the quote. Payment terms are agreed before work starts.
Scheduling
We operate 24/7 and follow up on every estimate request. Appointment availability depends on current demand and the nature of the service needed.
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled appointment by notifying us before the technician is dispatched. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
Liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage from prior repairs, or issues we did not agree to repair.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve every concern directly. If an issue cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction below, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
